<p>The <b class="names_of_controls">Mail Format </b>panel consists of three sub-panels, <b class="names_of_controls">New Mail Format, </b><b class="names_of_controls">Mail templates</b>, and <b class="names_of_controls">Signatures</b>.</p>
<h2>New Mail Format</h2>
<h3>New mails format as:</h3>
<p>Choose between <b>HTML</b> or <b>Plain text</b> emails. An HTML email can retain any customized formatting you apply to your email (font, colors...), a plain text email will contain only the text without colors,etc.</p>
<h2>Mail templates</h2>
<p>A Mail template is a set of font and color settings, that you can first store and then collectively apply to your e-mail messages. You simply choose your favorite type of font, color of background or even a picture for the background, store this information in the eM Client's <b class="names_of_controls">Templates</b> window;and in the selected template will be automatically applied to all your future emails.</p>
<h3>Use this templates as default:</h3>
<p>The drop-down menu lists all your mail templates. Select one to be used for all future new messages you create in the future.</p>
<h3>Mail Templates... </h3>
<p>Click this button to open the <b class="names_of_controls">Templates </b>window. Detailed information about mail templates and the <b class="names_of_controls">Templates </b>window can be found in the <a href="mail%20format/mail%20templates.htm">Mail Templates</a> section.</p>
<h2>Signatures</h2>
<p>Signatures are texts, pictures and even web links that can be automatically appended to the end of your e-mail messages as your signature. You can create and save any number of signatures in the eM Client's <b class="names_of_controls">Signatures</b> window and select a signature to be used for all your future emails.</p>
<h3>Select signature for account:</h3>
<p>Select the eM Client account, for which you want to use the signatures selected in the edit boxes below.</p>
<h3>Signature for new mails:</h3>
<p>This drop-down menu contains a list of all your saved signatures. Select one to be used for all the new messages you create.</p>
<h3>Signature for replies: </h3>
<p>This drop-down menu contains a list of all your saved signatures. Select one to be used for all the reply emails you create.</p>
<h3>Signature for forwards: </h3>
<p>This drop-down menu contains a list of all your saved signatures. Select one to be used for all the forwarded email you create.</p>
<h3>Signatures... button</h3>
<p>Click this button to open the <b class="names_of_controls">Signatures </b>window. Detailed information about signatures and the <b class="names_of_controls">Signatures </b>window is located in the <a href="mail%20format/signatures.htm">Signature</a> section.</p>
